OCR A Level Physics A (H556)
Students are entered for three examinations for the A level.
1 Modelling physics
2 Exploring physics
3 Unified physics
Papers 1 and 2 have a duration of 2 hours and are marked out of 100. Paper has a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes and is marked out of 70. Paper 1 and 2 are worth 37% each and paper 3 is worth 24% of the A level
